Subject to applicable law and in accordance with internationally recognised data-protection standards, you hold the following rights with respect to your Personal Data held by aipa66. The aipa66 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the age of 21. Our KYC verification process is specifically designed to detect and reject registrations by underage individuals.
If aipa66 discovers or is notified that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately and permanently close the associated Account, delete all collected Personal Data relating to that individual, return any deposited funds to the originating payment method, and void any winnings accrued in the Account.

aipa66 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, Platform functionality, or our data-processing practices.
