1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference:

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the aipa66 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. aipa66 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which the use of online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering an account.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, are subject to court-imposed financial restrictions, or who are registered under a self-exclusion programme (including aipa66's own self-exclusion facility) are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of aipa66 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of placing Wagers on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by aipa66, you are required to create a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or equivalent);
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older);
• A valid, active Indonesian mobile number;
• A valid email address to which you have sole and exclusive access;
• Your preferred local bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon) or registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. aipa66 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify aipa66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

aipa66 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. KYC Verification

In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards, aipa66 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before the first withdrawal request is processed. KYC may also be triggered by account activity that the Platform's risk management systems flag for additional review.

The standard KYC documentation set required by aipa66 includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unaltered copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification document;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in the Member's own name — for example, a screenshot of the OVO or DANA application displaying the registered account name, or a recent bank statement header showing name and account number.

aipa66 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source-of-funds declarations, in cases where enhanced due diligence is warranted. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal access or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent Account suspension.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with aipa66's Privacy Policy. Documents are transmitted exclusively via encrypted channels and are not shared with third parties except as required to fulfil verification obligations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

aipa66 accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All transactions are processed through the following supported payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for bank transfer channels and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels. No maximum deposit limit is imposed at the platform level, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to the Member's Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. aipa66 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, third-party fees imposed by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's own responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. aipa66 targets a processing time of 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts transacting via BCA or BRI during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB), though this is a target rather than a contractual guarantee.

Withdrawal processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:

• Indonesian public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi;
• Bank maintenance windows scheduled by BRI, BCA, BNI, or Mandiri;
• Pending KYC review triggered by the Member's account activity;
• Active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled;
• Withdrawal amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence review under aipa66's AML procedures.

aipa66 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name registered on the payment method used must match the name on the Member's verified Account. aipa66 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the Member's verified identity documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

aipa66 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentive programmes to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any specific terms published with individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of Rp 100.000, you must place total Wagers amounting to Rp 3.000.000 before any winnings associated with that bonus may be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of activation, unless a different validity period is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements are typically fulfilled by bets on slots (contributing 100% toward the requirement), live casino table games (contributing 20%), and sports bets with odds of 1.60 or greater (contributing 100%). Game contributions are listed in full in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirement is outstanding will cause the previous bonus to be forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: aipa66 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed through abusive means, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus arbitrage"), or colluding with other Members.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses hold no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

7. Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the aipa66 Platform. Game-specific rules for individual products — including live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, virtual sports, and esports — are published separately within each game's interface and incorporated herein by reference.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. Confirmed Wagers may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed at the Member's request except where expressly permitted by an applicable cash-out feature.
• In the event of a disputed result or obvious error in odds setting, aipa66 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the original stake to the Member's Account Balance.
• aipa66 uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all casino and slots products. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual slot titles are published within each game's information panel.
• Live sports odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a Wager is confirmed are the odds at which that Wager is accepted. aipa66 does not guarantee that the same odds will be available between the time a Member views them and the time the Wager is submitted.
• Maximum single-Wager and maximum payout limits apply to all products on the Platform. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by aipa66 at any time at its sole discretion.
• All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) offerings are operated in accordance with internationally accepted draw and game-reconciliation standards. Draw results are published in full and are final. Claims regarding incorrect results must be raised within 48 hours of the published result becoming available on the Platform.
• aipa66 does not offer real-money gambling products to residents of jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited by local law. It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

8. Responsible Gaming

aipa66 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gambling. In line with this commitment, the following tools and provisions are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours has elapsed. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Wagering Limits: Members may place a cap on the maximum combined value of Wagers placed within a given day, week, or month.
• Session Time-Out: Members may activate a time-out period of between 24 hours and 90 days, during which they are unable to log in to the Platform or place any Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a period of self-exclusion, aipa66 will prohibit the Member from logging in, placing Wagers, or claiming any bonus. The Member's Account Balance may be withdrawn at any time during self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Optional session reminders are available to notify Members of the duration of their current session at regular intervals.
• 21+ Only: The aipa66 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and over. Persons aged under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing Wagers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of the Member's Account and forfeiture of any Balances, Bonuses, and winnings held therein:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Using the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction or in violation of applicable local law;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or betting syndication designed to circumvent Platform rules;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game using automated software, bots, exploit scripts, or any device aimed at gaining an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or interfere with the Platform's servers, databases, or RNG systems;
• Placing Wagers on behalf of a third party, or permitting a third party to use the Member's Account;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, funding of illegal activities, or other fraudulent purposes;
• Knowingly depositing funds derived from criminal activity or unlawful sources;
• Attempting to transfer Account funds, Bonuses, or winnings to another Member's Account.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the aipa66 Platform — including but not limited to the aipa66 brand name and logo, the Platform's software, design, graphics, textual content, and the underlying technology and algorithms — are owned by aipa66 and its respective licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws internationally.

No right or licence is granted to the Member in respect of the Platform's intellectual property save for a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for the Member's own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. aipa66 may revoke this licence at any time, including in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

All third-party game titles, studio names, and trademarks referenced on the Platform — including those of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aipa66, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to the Member for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise;
• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity;
• Any loss arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, internet service failures, acts of God, civil unrest, or governmental action;
• Any loss arising from the Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials;
• Any loss arising from the use or unavailability of the Platform, including technical errors, software malfunctions, or interruptions to service.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, aipa66's aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total net funds held in that Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

12. Amendments to These Terms

aipa66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of a materially significant amendment, aipa66 will notify Members via email and/or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after amended Terms and Conditions take effect constitutes acceptance of those amended terms. If the Member does not agree with the amended terms, they may close their Account and request a withdrawal of any funds held in their Account Balance. It remains the Member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator has established its gaming licence. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Member's use of the Platform, or any Wager placed thereon shall first be referred to mediation or negotiation between the parties.

Should mediation fail to resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents the Member from contacting aipa66 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution of any grievance.

Please note that while aipa66 is licensed internationally, online gambling is regulated separately in Indonesia. The Member is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the aipa66 Platform is compliant with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
